Commission starts with a successful paid charge, not a download, code entry or free trial. Each charge has a minimum 30-day hold. Payment is made only after Newbs receives the corresponding proceeds from Apple and completes refund checks; it can take longer than 30 days. Refunded charges do not qualify. Test purchases earn no real commission. We agree your payment method before the first payout.

Is creator sign-in available now?
Yes. Sign in with ChatGPT and request access. Newbs approves the account-to-code connection before any earnings are shown.
Does a link click earn commission?
No. The customer must enter the creator code before an eligible original subscription purchase, and a verified paid charge must be recorded.
What about free trials?
A free trial earns no commission. It counts only if it converts into a successful paid subscription. The 30-day hold begins on the paid charge date, not the trial start date. A cancelled trial, failed payment or free access earns nothing.
What if a customer gets a refund?
Refunded charges are excluded before payout. A refund discovered after payout is reviewed and may be adjusted against future commissions; it never creates a second payment.
Do renewals count?
Yes, under the Positive pilot rates, successful paid monthly or annual renewals can accrue the same plan rate when the original subscription was correctly attributed.
When are commissions paid?
Each successful paid charge is held for at least 30 days. Payment is only eligible after Apple has paid Newbs and refund reconciliation is complete. Apple’s payment cycle can make this longer than 30 days. Payouts are handled manually using the payment method agreed with you. A pending or eligible amount is not proof of payment.
