What earns commission

The Positive pilot pays US$1 per eligible paid monthly subscription charge and US$4 per eligible paid annual charge, including eligible renewals, unless a different rate has been agreed with you. The customer must claim your code before an eligible original Apple purchase or trial, and the original Apple offer must be verified. A link click or code entry alone earns nothing.

Free trials must convert first

A trial, download, free access, cancelled trial or failed payment earns no commission. A trial earns commission only when it converts to a successful paid subscription. The hold starts on that successful charge date, not the trial start date.

A minimum 30-day hold

Each successful paid charge is held for at least 30 days. It becomes eligible for payment only after Newbs receives the corresponding proceeds from Apple and completes refund reconciliation. Apple’s payment cycle, payment thresholds or unresolved reviews may make the wait longer than 30 days. The date shown in the dashboard is the earliest end of the hold, not a guaranteed transfer date.

Refunded charges are excluded before payout. Refunds found after a payment are reviewed and may be adjusted against future commissions. An ordinary cancellation that does not refund a paid charge does not by itself erase that charge’s commission. Sandbox tests generate no payable commission.

Payouts are manual. Newbs agrees a payment method with you before the first transfer. Pending commission and eligible commission are separate from paid amounts. A payment is shown as paid only after the completed transfer is recorded. No payment method or bank details are collected through this dashboard.

Your private account

Sign in with ChatGPT and request creator access. Newbs reviews the request and links your sign-in account to your creator code. We store your sign-in identifier, email, account approval and access status in the Positive backend to operate the portal. Creator codes are public promotional identifiers, not passwords.

Your dashboard shows only your own code, rates, aggregated subscription counts and commission activity. It does not disclose customer names, emails, RevenueCat identifiers or Apple transaction identifiers. Access can be revoked. Purchase records are processed through Apple, RevenueCat and the Positive backend; there can be reporting delays.
